    Returns

    If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer free returns or exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.

    Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:

    • Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
    • Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging
    • Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use

      Additional Information:

      • Please note: it can take up to 14 days to refund a debit/credit card purchase. This is out of our hands and depends on your bank. We will initiate the refund to your card ASAP.

      Shipping

      Shipment processing time:

      All orders are processed within 3-5 business days. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, and if they should expect any delays. In such case you will be notified via email or phone.

      Shipping rates and delivery estimates:

      Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

      Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses:

      We cannot ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

      Shipment confirmation and order tracking:

      You will receive order tracking information via email after checkout.

      Customs, duties, and taxes:

      Santa Cruz Surf Shop is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

      Damages:

      Santa Cruz Surf Shop is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
